Refund & Returns Policy

At Travestan, we want you to travel with confidence—and that starts with shopping with confidence. If something isn’t right, we’ll help make it right.

30-Day Returns

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

How to start a return

  1. Email us at support@travestan.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Our team will reply within 24 hours (Mon–Fri) with return instructions.
  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm your refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of us receiving your return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

Need a different set size? Start a return for the original item and place a new order, or email us and we’ll help you exchange it.

Non-returnable items

Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery, and any items marked final sale, are not eligible for return.
